Will is an Engineer-in-Training with experience in traffic operations analysis, safety studies, and traffic modeling. His work focuses on developing data-driven, multimodal solutions that enhance safety, mobility, and accessibility for all roadway users.

He approaches transportation challenges with a blend of creativity and technical precision — leveraging modeling tools such as Vistro, Vissim, Synchro, and SIDRA to simulate conditions, forecast impacts, and identify cost-effective solutions. Will is passionate about creating communities where walking, biking, and public transportation are safe and enjoyable options that contribute to a better quality of life.

Prior to joining Greenlight, he gained extensive experience conducting operational analyses, building automation tools, and supporting corridor studies and safety improvement projects. His background combines strong analytical skills with a big-picture understanding of how transportation systems shape thriving communities.
